We compile a list of all recommended work and secure the best prices

We review this list with the contractors and supervise the work you authorize.

Get it rented:

We place a sign in front of the property

All leads are professionally pursued on a daily basis.

The property’s best features are emphasized to each prospect.

 

Screen the applicants:

We contact the applicant’s employer and confirm their income

We contact the applicant’s landlord and verify their rental history.

We confirm the applicant has not written any bad checks and has no prior convictions.

 

Move the tenants in:

We prepare all appropriate agreements and contracts.

We inspect the property with the tenants and document its' condition at the time of Move-in.

Move-in and deposit checks are collected in the form of a cashier’s check.

 

Collect the Rent:

We pursue your rents until collected in full.

Negative payment trends are responded to before bad habits form.

We do regular rent analysis and raise rents when appropriate.

 

Maintain Your Property:

We have a dedicated repair team at your disposal to respond to emergencies 24 hrs a day – even on weekends!
